HIGH SEASON

From December 23 to April 7

New Year's Day week (Saturday to Saturday only): 3300 € incl. tax

Christmas week (Saturday to Saturday only): 2700 € incl. tax

Week from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays: 3000 € incl. tax

Week from Saturday to Saturday excluding school holidays: 2000 € incl. tax

Weekend outside school holidays, from Friday to Sunday (i.e. 2 nights): 900 € incl. tax

July and August

Only from Saturday to Saturday (i.e. 7 nights): 2200 € incl. tax

LOW SEASON

April, May, June, September, October, November.

Week from Saturday to Saturday (i.e. 7 nights): 1700 € incl. tax

Weekend from Friday to Sunday (i.e. 2 nights): 800 € incl. tax

NB:

- For special stays such as bank holidays or week-long stays outside the school holidays, please contact us for prices.

- Terms of payment: 50% on booking, the remaining 50% no later than 14 days before arrival.

- Stripe deposit of €2,000 required.

- Small dogs accepted (2 maximum). Fee of €50 per pet per stay.

Cleaning and linen costs: €200 for stays of 2 nights.

Cleaning and linen costs: €250 for stays of 7 nights
